Below are copies of this years (2012/13) Player Registration Form, Official RFU Registration Form and Medical Consent Form which need to be filled in and brought along on registration day. If you have any problem with attending registration day then please feel free to contact your age groups coach.
Please also read the Devon RFU supplied Good Conduct Codes below. It is important that these are understood and in signing the Player Registration Form you are confirming that, in what ever capacity your family membership takes, you will abide by these RFU codes of conduct.
